OK.  I will admit that this first picture is just cute.  This is Sarah, Channy and Ki's daughter and Rebekah's younger sister.  Just wanted you to see how cute she is. But really, this blog is to thank the Jacksons for making another trip to Cambodia to help us.  Bob and Sandy live in Lubbock, Tx where he works with Sunset International Bible Institute.  This is their 3rd trip to Cambodia.  Sandy has done several different things on her trips here:  teaching English at the BEST Center, encouraging our students, teaching in a Ladies Day and helping Doris at her school.  Bob comes to help us at CBI.  This year he is teaching II Corinthians to our students.  Veasna is translating for him, as you can see in the picture.  I was told today how much the students enjoy his class.  We appreciate them so much for giving of their time and energy to encourage and uplift the Christians here.  This is Theary.  She has attended services with the University congregation for some time with her cousins. However, on February 4th she was baptized!!! We are very excited to see her give her life to God and allow Him to direct her life from here on out. Here, Rich is talking to her making sure that she understands what Jesus did for her, the committment she is making, and the family she will be a part of. And the old Theary is getting ready to be buried. And now, meet the new and improved Theary!!  Please keep her in your prayers as she strives to grow in the Lord and live her life accordingly. As for new teachers, we are pleased to have my parents back with us again this year.  Dad (Loren Hollingsworth) is teaching Galatians in the mornings while Bob Jackson is teaching II Corinthians in the afternoons. Dad and Mom have been in Thailand for the last 3 months and will spend another month there after leaving here, before going

These first 2 pictures are of Preaum.  He is one of our new students.  He has studied with the other students and last Sunday was  baptized.  Please keep him in your prayers; that he will be a strong and faithful Christian. This past week, Rich and Dennis split up the students and took them to different villages each day to teach.  As I have told you in the past, they usually talk to adults and children in the mornings and then after lunch, have a gathering.  This is adjusted to fit the needs of the people (harvest or planting time, etc).  A couple of these places are places that our students are working to start a congregation and another place is a new village with no church. Today, Friday, February 1st starts the final mourning time and burial of the former king of Cambodia that died mid October.  So today through Monday, Feb. 4th, much of the roads in the city are blocked off and there are expected to be a lot of extra people in the city to pay their respects and watch th
