We took our students that were not out preaching in various villages to a service that involved 3 congregations in the city as well as the Ship of Life crew.  We had a wonderful time. This first picture is Sochea, one of our students.  He taught class.  Try, one of our graduations did the sermon. One of the really sweet things for Rich and I is that we got to see Dr. John Bailey.  John has been with us on medical mission trips to Belize and Guyana.  So even though it was just a short time, it was great to hug on him and get to talk to him again.  He is a wonderful servant of the Lord and we are blessed to be called his friends.  We wish him well on his continued service to the Lord and hope to meet him again. Then after the afternoon services at the University Church of Christ, we had a fellowship meal.  This pictures is just part of the group.  A good time for eating and visiting.  God has so blessed us with so many special people in our lives.  Thank you for being

Rich performed the service.  So, here are a few pictures of Try and Ratha. Please keep them in your prayers as they begin their life together. Much love, Ronda

Here are just some more pictures of our Christmas trip to Thailand. This is Rich as we are going out for our first dive.  Julie, my sister, is sitting across from me and then Rich and Dad.  It was so nice to be able just to take a few days and relax and visit with my parents.  To make sure that Rich got his good seafood, we ate at a place by the beach one evening.  There was white snapper, deep fried squid, as well as rice, veggies, etc.  (For some reason, I ended up picking the pictures that Mom took, so she isn't in them.  Sorry!) This is outside of the church building in Phuket, Thailand.  Lek, my dad's secretary for a bunch of years is sitting by mom.  These are some pictures of our first day of diving.  The coral and fish were prettier and more abundant the 2nd day as we were diving farther out and deeper, but our dive guide only took pictures the first day.  So I hope you enjoy these. I wonder why God made all the different kinds and colors of fish, c

Christmas in Thailand

I think I mentioned before that this year, for only the 4th time in 35 years, we got to spend with my parents, Loren and Penny Hollingsworth. Rich and I along with Julie, my sister, flew to Phuket, Thailand on Dec 23rd. You may remember that Phuket was one of the island that was hit so hard by the tsunami years ago.  And my parents lived there then as well. Phuket is a beautiful island in southern Thailand on the Indian Ocean side.  This first picture is taken from a lookout area.  This is Rich and I at the same area. On the 25th and 26th, we were able to go out scuba diving.  As we were blessed to grow up in Thailand, we have always enjoyed spending time in the ocean.  This was particularly fun as we now know how to scuba dive (thanks to our wonderful children's gift to us) and we got to dive with my dad and my sister.  Mom also went out on the boat with us the first day. Thailand had been getting rain, but God allowed us to have 2 beautiful days to look at His beautiful
