2nd Half of US trip

The rest of our US trip went great as well.  Unfortunately, I forgot to actually use my camera most of the time.
We had a nice visit in Batesville, AR on Wed., May 14th.  And, I totally forgot to get my camera out of my purse.  I was too busy enjoying the visiting to remember to take pictures.
Also, in Broken Arrow, OK, we had some nice get togethers/dinners and again, most of the time forgot to take any pictures.  I did get this picture of the kids at Lynnda Brown's house. Please know that we enjoyed the visiting so very much!  It is always and encouragement to us to get to visit with you and hug on you.  And of course, getting to go the the OKC Thunder Playoff Game #5 with the LA Clippers was awesome. Thanks Bruce and Kim!!

We did get to spend a few days in Moore, OK with Rebekah and Evan. Their time got cut a little short since they are coming to Cambodia next month (and I got to spend extra time with Rebekah before her wedding last year).  We are looking forward to them getting here.
While Rebekah and Evan were working, we managed to squeeze in a few meals with some of our youth group kids that are all grown up with families now.
We also had dinner with Judson and Amanda Copeland and their sweet kids as well as Kayla and Scott Goodrich (but of course, forgot to take any pictures).  Great to get to catch up with them!

I did remember to take pictures of Terry, Darcy and Jared Craghead...
and Ryan and Heather Askew and their 2 sweet ones.

We have been blessed so much by so many people, and getting to catch up with some of them is just wonderful.

Since our time in BA was only a week, we missed getting to see so many of you.  But know that you are in our hearts and we think of you so often.
After leaving Oklahoma, we flew to Seattle, WA to visit our Reuben and Emily.  Since we have only been there once before and they are just moving there, we enjoyed touring around the area.  We went to Whidbey Island, downtown Seattle, Mount St. Helen and Mount Rainier.  We also made a quick trip to Portland, OR.  We thoroughly enjoyed God's creation there.  The mountains were beautiful..and cold.

It is always so much fun to get to spend time with our kids!  God has blessed our lives so much by allowing us to have them in our lives.  We treasure these special times.

After walking around the mountains, and some of that time in snow, we arrived back in Phnom Penh to temperatures hotter than normal.  RealFeel temperatures have been in the 90s and 100s with high humidity.

Rich started teaching the book of John to our students today.  We are still getting our time adjusted around, so are waking up at 3am.  But it will sort out soon.

Again, it was great to see so many of you.  Of course, the hardest one to leave was our granddaughter, Kenley, knowing that she will be walking before we see her again.  We hope you know how much we love you.  Please continue to keep us and the work here in your prayers.
Much love, Ronda

It was awesome to have you back... if only for a little while. Soon I will let you know what most people have to say... when they come back for those short visits...
