Another brother in Christ!!

CBI started back again this morning after the Khmer New Year break.

We are so excited that one of the first things we got to do was witness another soul coming to the Lord.

Nite started at CBI in December 2023.  I wish you all could meet him.  He has a great smile and is a good student.  A really good kid.

He actually started back to Phnom Penh on Saturday, but was in a moto (motorcycle) wreck not far from his village.  He is fine, but his moto isn't.  He had to turn around, take care of his moto, and was able to make it back on Sunday night.  We praise God that he wasn't hurt in the accident.

Nite also had the chapel talk this morning on Ephesians 1.

He told me that his parents know nothing about Jesus and that when he was home, he talked to them about his decision to be baptized.

Please keep Nite in your prayers.  May he be a faithful servant of the Lord all his life.

Rich is now teaching basic Greek to our 6 older students.  As the Khmer language doesn't have nearly as much grammar as English, and Greek has more grammar than English, it can be quite a challenge for them to understand.

Khemrin is teaching the 5 newer students on the Cross of Christ.

Both of these classes will go until May 13th.
Then, we will have graduates meetings on May 14th and 15th.

On May 16th, Sroy and Phalim will graduate from CBI.

We have been told there are several who want to come study at CBI after they take their High School Exit Exams.   I'm not sure when their results will be in but I think sometime in October or November.

Please pray for our current students, and those who want to come in the future, for open hearts and a true desire to follow our Almighty God.   Please also pray for us to have wisdom as we serve in this place.

Much love,
Ronda
